Ninefold Distillery is an artisanal Scottish rum distillery based in a centuries-old dairy building on Dormont Estate, Dumfries and Galloway. Using sugar cane molasses, owner and distiller Dr Kit Carruthers ferments, pot distils and bottles premium rum from scratch.
